We know that for a driving instructor a claim can mean a loss of income, compounded by the excess you have to pay - even if it’s not your fault or you can‘t recover the payment from the person responsible.

Reduce your excess payments to Nil following:

This insurance policy will pay the excess for:

• Your Pupil
• Any Authorised Driver for social domestic and pleasure use

Cover for Driving Instructors costs £30 (up to £200 excess) or £50 (up to £300 excess).

You must make a claim from your own motor insurers, within the period of the policy, and the total claim made must exceed the excess payable under your motor insurance policy.
